前一阵子为了J1演唱会,我努力地练了好久的瑜伽哦!令我惊讶的是,我发现瑜伽其实是一种相当好的减肥运动哦!还记得以前为了减肥,我曾到过健身房做一些较为激烈的重量训练,结果不但没有变瘦,反倒练出了肌肉……吓得我赶紧停止!后来我才发现,想要甩掉身上的肥肉,就一定要做有氧运动,像游泳、跑步、骑脚踏车等都是不错的选择!
不过,还是瑜伽最棒!因为不但可以边看电视边做,做完之后还可以舒舒服服地睡个好觉,噢,今天一定很好睡!

1。太……,以至于……:主语(S) + be动词 + so + 形容词(adj) + that 从句
→这个句型表示一种结果和程度,that可以省略。
EX : I was so terrified that I stopped right away。
so adj that从句
(吓得我赶紧停止。)
EX : He is so young that he can't go to school now。
so adjthat从句
(他年纪太轻,以至于现在还不能上学。)
2。名词从句的用法:名词从句的用法在前面的章节已有说明,今天用本文出现的例子简单说明(复习Diary 8)
EX: I found out that Yoga is a good exercise for losing weight。
SVthat陈述句
(我发现瑜伽其实是一种相当好的减肥运动哦!)
→很明显地,这句是由属于陈述句转变来的名词从句,当动词“find out”的宾语。
3。不但没有……,反而……:主语(S) + didn't + 动词1 (V1)…;but + 动词2 (V2)…
EX: I didn't lose weight;but gained some muscles。
S didn't V1 but V2
(我不但没有变瘦,反而练出肌肉。)
EX: He didn't win the election;but lost people's trust。
S didn't V1 but V2
(他不但没有赢得选举,反而失去人们对他的信任。)
→用连接词but连接两个动词,表示“不但没有……,反而……”。
时态
我猜你当时觉得有点难的东西,刚好这篇日记也用到了,让我们再来回味一次!
1。过去完成时:主语(S) + had + 过去分词 (p。p。)(复习Diary2、5)
→表达比过去时还要早发生的事情,我们用过去完成时。
EX: I had practiced Yoga for quite a long time for the J1 concert
S had p。p。
that was held the other day。
(前一阵子为了J1演唱会,我努力地练了好久的瑜伽。)
→现在有三个时间点,依照先后顺序排列如下:练习瑜伽、演唱会、写日记。演唱会发生在先,我写日记发生在后,所以,演唱会得用过去时来表达。在我演唱会之前,我练了瑜伽好一阵子,这件事情发生在演唱会之前,也就是英文所谓的“past in the past:过去的过去”,所以,我得用过去完成时来表达练瑜伽这件事情。
黄金J句
常用来形容“自己的状态”的三个J句,看似简单却超级实用哩!
1。我没有……:I didn't…
EX:I didn't lose weight。
(我没有减肥。)
EX:I didn't study last night。
(我昨天晚上没有念书。)
2。太……,以至于……:so…that…
EX:I was so terrified that I stopped right away。
(吓得我赶紧停掉。)
EX:I was so nervous that I forgot everything。
(我太紧张了,以至于通通都忘记了。)
3。我也可以…: I can also……
EX:I can also have a good night's sleep。
(我也可以睡个好觉。)
EX:I can also go with you。
(我也可以跟你去。)
